What a Longtable weekend is
Your community has lived in comments and group chats. This is the room where it finally meets.
We design and run weekends for a creator and twelve to sixteen people from their audience.
You set the theme and host. We handle the house, the chef, the activities, the vans, the payments and every confirmation in between.
Then we’re on the ground all weekend running it, so you get to actually be there with your people.
An example weekend in Napa
Every weekend is designed from scratch around your theme and your audience, so yours will look different. Here’s one way a weekend in wine country could go.
Thursday
Arrivals from two, with a van meeting flights. Drinks on the terrace at the estate, then dinner at the house, cooked by the chef.
Friday
Coffee on the terrace, two tastings in the valley, and dinner out: one restaurant, one table, the whole group.
Saturday
A slow morning with bikes on the vineyard roads, then a cooking class in the garden with the chef. Everyone sits down at seven to eat what they made.
Sunday
Breakfast, goodbyes, and the vans back to the airport.
What we are, and what we aren’t
The split
Profit splits 50/50. You bring your people; we bring everything that makes the weekend run.
Your half on a typical weekend, with no planning work on your side. Your own travel is covered.

How it works
Six phases, from the first call to the last dinner and the settled split. About four to five months end to end.
-
Fit
About 2 weeks
You. Tell us about your audience, and share a short survey with them on destinations, dates and price.
Us. Look at size, engagement and past sales honestly, read the survey results, and sign a partnership agreement.
-
Design
About 3 weeks
You. Shape the theme with us and say yes to the weekend.
Us. Choose the destination and source the estate, price every line, set the per-person price and the minimum headcount, and build the trip page you launch from.
-
Launch and fill
6 to 8 weeks
You. Tell your people. Post, send, talk about it.
Us. Supply the assets, the page, the FAQ and the payment flow.
-
Build and book
About 6 weeks
You. Very little. Answer the occasional question.
Us. Contract and confirm everything, collect dietary needs, arrivals and rooming, build the run-of-show, and send every traveler a weekend site with everything they need.
-
On the ground
4 days
You. Host. Be at the table with your people.
Us. Run it: vendors, timing, and whatever needs fixing before anyone notices.
-
Wrap
About 1 week
You. Get paid, and tell us what you’d change.
Us. Pay vendors, settle the split, debrief with you, and plan the next one.
